Cons
-Work on proprietary products which are using outdated technology. -Mining industry takes a lot of time to evolve. -Takes too much time to create new products using new technology as the company is too small. -Big products need to be made bug free instead of driving many new features. -Release complete new products. -Changes made to improve product quality has helped but will take a lot more time. -Old habits of driving sales over product readiness always exists. -Training budgets are low priority and always cut. -Moving up to management is sometimes based on seniority or technical capability instead of the right fit for managing people. -There seems to be some sort of cultural favoritism which may or may not be true. But when theres a lot of coincidences, people start to make conclusions. -Frequent management changes and constant restructuring tends to cause more harm than good.
