Pros

- Work-life balance: summer Fridays, 4 work-from-home days a month, and overtime is rarely required - Relaxed work environment: mostly stress free; managers don't usually push you to take projects outside of your core duty - Friendly people: as long as you stay away from management politics

Cons

- Relaxed environment can be a double edged sword; you may lose career ambition - Relatively low pay compare to similar firms in the area (I would say <50 percentile) - If you are interested in solving interesting engineering problems, this company is not for you. Outsourcing has became a go-to solution for any engineering projects/challenge. All the work left are mostly project/program management stuff
