It's like working for toddlers. -Company social media platform, is just a megaphone for the CEO to post tone deafly about his Omega watch while people were being laid off. -Expectations to be available 24/7, respond to emails while on FTA -You either hide your real opinion or say yes to dumb initiatives. This leads to beige ideas and "innovation by committee". -The insane push to be "premium" on everything. The idea customer is the 1%. You make utility items for the internet, not designing Omega watches.
