There have indeed been some big changes across the business, but we try to maintain our agility and speed where we can, but it isn't always easy. We work hard to ensure we create an environment that people enjoy and which allows them to balance their personal lives around work when needed. I am also pleased to read you valued our benefits as we try to make thoughtful decisions about how we can maximise the impact and value what we provide to employees globally.
