Pros

- Work from home - Training team is friendly

Cons

It's very obvious that Training and Ops don't know what they're doing. So instead, they make us reach out to client directly to fix whatever issue we have - tools or product. And then they get back at you in a rude manner for not getting it.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
