Work at home is good, but it's a grind - Tech Support Representative OneSupport Employee Review

Pros

Work at home is pretty great. You get all the hours you want. If you get a wireless headset, you can wander around your home and really do anything during calls as long as you submit your notes. Pretty laid back.

Cons

Pretty much all of the draw backs of working at home. It's not for everyone. I worked about 50 hours a week, so I didn't get out much, and it started to get to me in a big way. I ended up leaving on good terms when I got a local IT gig.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
