Pros

Casual work environment with no real dresscode on most days. Ability to work remotely from your own home. Most of the employees are unique and interesting individuals

Cons

Low starting pay in comparison to industry standards It can be frustrating if you need assistance with something as the l2/3s are constantly too busy. They put far too much emphasis on call times and not enough on giving the customer actual support. Very limited advancent opportunities Pay scale changed at least three times while i was employed making it harder to get a raise.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
