Pros

Work from home Pays more than minimum (eventually)

Cons

Management is apathetic Training is almost non existent No room to grow (once you're OST) You're treated like disposable labor (because they mostly hire college kids who quit anyways, why give a crap about you?) They ask you to work off the clock You don't always get your breaks or lunch hour You will be harassed for tiny things that are usually due to their poor toolset or technical knowledge. The management doesn't know how to do your job.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
