Pros

Work from home. Flexible hours are good if it's a 2nd job. Able to browse the internet (if you get down time) while working.

Cons

Constant irate calls. Absolutely no communication between you and field technicians puts you in an awkward position. Especially when the customer tells you they saw the field tech just hang the "We Missed You" tag on the door and leave. All you can do is schedule another appointment and promise (lie). Very low pay for what is expected from you. They do offer holiday pay, but only until 12pm. So if you work the 1pm to 12am shift (which is the majority of people) you get the shaft. Insurance plan is a joke. Commission requirements changed, so now if a certain percentage is not met you don't get paid. Also, good metrics = more calls = more sales needed to get paid. Position sucks the soul out of you.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
