Pros
Great learning experience. Pulled me out of a tough spot when I needed a job right away, and they were rewarded for people who worked very hard.
Cons
Sales sales sales. They will push you into sales, and fire you if you don't keep up. Don't believe anything else you hear during interviews/training. One of the main metrics managers are expected to track is your sales percentage. Communication is difficult to obtain. Don't rely on your boss to know what is happening, because likely he or she hasn't been told yet either. You'll find out what you're doing is wrong only if someone complains and starts pointing fingers. Loyalty at this company does NOT exist. Their business model is based around turn over. They will hire on lots of new people when big contracts/events are coming up, and tighten the noose for layoffs in slow times. Everyone is disposable as this company, from the basic level techs straight out of training, all the way up to Team Managers. Favoritism runs rampant. If you can get to be friends with the upper management, you might last an extra year or two. All of the CEO's immediate family works here, as well as many family members of the upper management. That will factor in when you are seeking a promotion.
