Pros
Freedom Telenetwork doesn't micro manage your work time. The only time you hear from your Team Leader is if there is new information to be trained on or if something is wrong. You have complete use of your own computer to browse the web during down time. You take your lunches and breaks when you want to. Breaks are 15 mins most WAH companys only give you 10 and you can take a lunch up to 1hour most WAH companys give you 30 minutes . The points system is great if you work week end hours and have two weeks of perfect attendance you gain points back instead of having to wait 6 months for a point to roll off.
Cons
The training is only two weeks a week of independent class room training and a week with a mentor. Then BOOM you are on your own. You have to work 36 hours a week to be considered full time to reap benifits. Seems pretty fair and easy well it isn't. They told me when I started this position I would be full time . My Team Lead forced me into part time I did not get full time hours at all. While others got days they wanted off I didn't. I was not told my postion was based on sales it was a night mare. Its hard to get help when you need it. No one is nice about you asking them questions for help. Its either you know it or you don't because if you ask you'll either end up arguing with the people put in place to help you or winging it on your own. You have to have tough skin to work here.
