Pros
Steady, FT work, was there for 2 1/2 years, all remote work from home, first contact was great, highly scripted, super busy, plenty of OT, when that contract wasnt renewed, I moved to another one, and that was like jumping into the pit of h3ll..................
Cons
Call center, depending on department, you either enjoy it or you hate it, last group I was in had call hold and handle times so low, (30 second hold and 5 min max) for customer calling about their bills - which requires a little time to look and research, there was no way to meet the call time metrics unless you were rude and didnt answer their questions, trainer for that dept called me names, said i was no good, chastised me in front of our entire training class, so much that another trainee said the traininer was being a jerk and they thought the trainer took it too far, but the dept I was in with Onesupport right before that? I was their top performer, trained new reps, coached others, frequently asked to do diff projects, so i went from doing great to being told how horrid i was..... when that first contract ended, the only one open ended up being terrible, so it just depends on what contract you are on and who your lead/trainers are.
