Everything. Horrible benefits. As in you can pay for them but enjoy that 10k plus deductible before anything is covered... the deductible that's more than half a years salary... "insurance benefits you can't afford to use" is what i call that.Horrible pay. Horrible raises if you can even beg enough times to get a 10 cent raise. Myself and multiple other long term hard working employees have gone YEARS without a raise for no valid reason. The company will come up with any reason to not give you one. And if you show them that reason doesn't work anymore or makes no sense.... Ask next time and they'll come up with another ridiculous reason or "issue" you need to work on. It's absurd and so shameful. And when i say years, i don't mean 1 or 2.... It's common place for 4, 5, or more years to go by where you're refused a raise... Hmm... If your employees are so horrible that they don't deserve a raise for half a decade, why don't you fire them? ... You don't because they are in fact some of your best employees and you can't live without them, but your greed is above it all and you refuse to pay people even half a decent living wage much less a promotion for an extra 10 to 15 cents an hour. P.S. THIS COMPANY HAS ALSO BEEN SUED RECENTLY BECAUSE THEY HAD EMPLOYEES WORKING OFF THE CLOCK FOR VARIOUS JOB DUTIES, THREATENING REPERCUSSIONS IF EMPLOYEE DIDN'T COMPLETE SUCH DUTIES, REPRIMANDED EMPLOYEES IF THEY DIDN'T FINISH TASKS OFF THE CLOCK, DIDN'T WANT TO ASSIGN TIME INTO THEIR PAID SHIFT TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE EVEN A FRACTION OF JOB DUTIES THEY EXPECTED TO BE DONE WHILE CLOCKED OUT AND NOT GETTING PAID.... MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES STARTED THIS LAWSUIT AND OTHERS JOINED AND THIS WAS *NOT* AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. THIS WAS WIDE SPREAD WAGE THEFT AND IT STILL CONTINUES.
