Pros

- Can work from home or anywhere with an internet connection. - Annual company picnic is fun - Some flexibility with your scheduling

Cons

- Promotions and raises based almost entirely on sales, not your ability to fix technical issues. - Mandatory sales quotas for each month, which rose sharply over time. - Berated by angry customers on a daily basis. - With a few exceptions, the Team Leaders are often unhelpful and sometimes outright rude and condescending. Even once you get used to your TL, you'll usually be switched to a completely different one at some point. - Most of the ISPs the company supports don't have good networks, leading to many repeat, frustrated customers.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
