Pros

Ummm....you get paid? That's pretty much the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Cons

Not paid enough fro what you have to do. Job title has not changed, however, you are meant to do 4 different departments jobs. Never agreed to sales, and now being penalized for not selling. I am not a sales agent, and I never will be. Being faulted for things out of your control. The customers are the worst than they ever have been before. The company you would be working with, is the worst I've ever worked for in my life. Constant outages, tickets dated a week or more, policy changed so cannot escalate but for only maybe 2 extreme cases. When you are being screamed at, and the customer requests a supervisor, it takes about 20 min for a supervisor to contact you back. When the company screwed up, they expect you to take the fall. Policy changed a few months back, and everyone was forced to sign it or else they would be put on probation until the sign it. If it was never signed, you would be fired. Only 2 days of training. There are still a lot of things I don't know or that I am teaching myself along the way because there were only 2 days of training before throwing you on the back to back calls.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
