Pros
T2's a extremely helpful, more so than they are paid to be. If they had any self respect they would bail from this joke of a company ASAP.
Cons
EVERYTHING. They expect you to work for multiple companies for $12 an hour. It's an absolute joke. The wiki that is suppose to direct you on how you should carry out carious scenarios is frequently incorrect and you will be penalized for acting on it, even though it's the official documentation. Oh and you better stay up to date on all these various companies they force you to work for, at $12 an hour, otherwise you can forfeit your raises. The QA metrics are ridiculous. You aren't expected to be a person, or even a competent technician, just a robot that regurgitates a script that fulfils the QA requirements. This is literally a go nowhere company.
