Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

You must keep your door locked when you are working. They try to squeeze every person out until the call queue is back to back for your full 8 hours of work. As a Level 2 support manager of a fashion, my Pay is only 2 dollars more than minimum wage where I live. Incompetence and Lying from the top down from both the Contracted Companies we Work for, to the owners of our own company. It used to be a great place to work with full Christmas Bonuses and company picnics and all of that. All of that has been gutted out completely. Anything to squeeze a few more pennies for the higher ups. Pay caps are the same they were 10 years ago. The say they want real people with personality, but what they really want are polite robots who can memorize scripts. They are just waiting for AI so they can boot all the workers.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
