Pros

The people, majority, are still nice and amazing. Tallinn office is great even though half-empty nowadays with not much happening. Fair compensation

Cons

The swarm of recent feedback should already be an indication of how things are in Pipedrive, and not just now but for the past year or so. Can’t agree enough with some of the recent posters who have said how inspiring Pipedrive used to be until the acquisition and turning into vista-intuit-corporate machine. No one who I have spoken recently is really happy here- most are either waiting to get stocks, wait for the exit or are looking around already. I don’t agree that Product issues are related to the CPO, as I think he is doing a great job, but it seems not much is up to him with the current structure. I have more questions for other product leaders who have been there for some time without any visible results. However, I do agree that promotions are generally a joke, and feedback culture no longer exists. HR team doesn’t really seem to care about the actual wellbeing of employees and the issues on hand, but I guess they are overworked since Pipedrive decided to fire loads of people back in November. And by the way, there are different ways that you can do this, and that’s why there was no backlash after the covid lay-offs in Pipedrive a few years ago. It was justified, things had to change due to the difficult situation in the world. This time it seems like it was a poor attempt to make the numbers meet so that everyone could get bonuses, including the C-levels. I mean, pretty convenient to lay off like 12% of the company but then start hiring again less than TWO months later followed by a stream of promotions, bonuses, team events ,etc. Yeah, Pipedrive was definitely going through ‘tough’ times it seems.. but here is a lesson to everyone in the company- even if you have always performed, live by company’s values, never had any issues whatsoever- it doesn’t matter. The business has a goal to reach and humans are not important. Unless you are friends with the c-level;) was an eye-opener to me of how things have changed and never will be the same in Vista Pipedrive.

Pros

Great team! Lots of room to learn about things that really interest you, even if there is not an open position at that time for movement in that direction. Supportive environment all around. I have a name, I am not just an employee ID number. Management really cares. You can reach out to anyone in any department, and it's never an uncomfortable experience. The willingness to teach is amazing!

Cons

Sometimes the availability of a position is determined by your location since the company is international, which can sometimes be limiting, but it does not stop you from being allowed to and encouraged to learn about that path anyway.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, fellow Pipedriver! We're really glad to hear that you feel supported by your team and management, and that you've found a real sense of belonging here. It's especially great to see recognition for the willingness to teach and the openness across departments – creating an environment where people feel valued and can learn and grow is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate your perspective on location-based role availability. As a global company, there are times when certain positions are tied to specific locations, but it's great to hear that this hasn't stopped you from exploring and learning beyond your current role. Thank you again for your feedback – we really appreciate it!

Pros

The company offers flexibility to work remotely, which supports work–life balance. Its global footprint provides opportunities for international exposure and occasional travel across multiple office locations. Many of the people are genuinely great to work with, and those relationships were a meaningful highlight of the experience.

Cons

The company is largely Europe-centric, which is understandable given its origins, but U.S. teams can feel overlooked. Communication to U.S. based employees around company events, office expectations, and broader initiatives is often inconsistent, and teams in this region frequently absorb the impact of decisions without sufficient context or support. Leadership consistency has been a challenge, with noticeable changes at the executive level contributing to shifting priorities and a lack of clear long-term direction. There is also a strong emphasis on executive and senior leadership development, including training and compensation, while investment in growth opportunities for the broader employee population feels limited. Equity offerings are primarily restricted to certain levels, largely management and executive roles. Expanding equity participation to include non-management and lower-level staff would feel more equitable and better aligned with common practices in the tech industry. From an operational perspective, some internal functions could benefit from stronger structure and oversight. HR can feel somewhat insular due to long standing working relationships, and there has been a recurring pattern of payroll and ADP related issues that have required cleanup more than once, particularly around U.S. payroll and tax compliance.
