Pros

The sales team at Procore is the best. Everyone is super cool and willing to help each other out whenever needed. I love that everyone is always routing for each other. Also, I love my manager. She goes out of her way to get to know the team as individuals and doesn't treat us like we are just a number. They offer great benefits as well.

Cons

I wish base pay was a little higher, but other than that nothing to complain there. It is definitely a grind and can be extremely stressful at times if you aren't making your quota.

Glad you're having a great Procore sales org experience! It's wonderful to hear you have a great working relationship with your manager and that she goes above and beyond for your team. Regarding compensation - I hear you and please know this is something we're actively working to address. If you have any questions regarding compensation, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or your Talent Business Partner directly. - Pat Wadors, Chief Talent Officer

Pros

-Complete flexibility and autonomy; one of our core values is 'Ownership' and that is something I tangibly feel every day -Unlimited PTO and great benefits -An amazing team; I genuinely love everyone I work with on a daily basis -Great mission and product within a relatively stable/timeless industry (construction)

Cons

-Change is a constant - lots of leadership change over the past several years. I recognize this is not for everyone. However, I have a lot of faith in the new leadership team and the direction of the company.

Pros

Free lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

Cons

There is a huge reality issue between the Executives and the workerbees. Procore cannot scale its operations. New hires see this but leaders - especially ones that have been around since IPO- have zero ability to do anything or to understand the issues. Anyone working the deal operations knows that it’s one new motion away from complete month end chaos. The HR policies are stuck in some other generation. There are no team goals on which you are measured. There is no 360 where you can rate your manager. There is no leadership training or really any job training. There are no education benefits either.
