Pros

excellent coffee, good benefits, bright open-concept office space, a little more laid back than your average corporate job. Their idea of "everyone has a seat at the table" is actually more well done than I've seen it at other companies. Really, /really/ takes diversity to heart, moreso than any other company I've been with. And while I'm proud to be with them in general, this makes me even happier to be here.

Cons

Lack of communication, but the amount lacking is par for the course for corporate. To make up for this though there's been meetings and options presented to help close this gap that appear to be working so far from what I can tell, but this leads into the next point: it can be stressful at points from the large number of new hires, therefore having old policies no longer work due to such, and sometimes it's a scramble to figure out how to fix. The company is in a weird puberty stage for lack of a better term; they're not quite a startup anymore, and they're only really beginning to run towards being a leader in the industry. With the amount of time that I've been here (less than a year still) I've seen enough changes and growth to tell me that they're getting ready and gearing up for what they've got ahead.

Pros

Competitive pay and they invest a lot in their marketing

Cons

very toxic work culture (hidden within buzz words and attempts to cover it up) , work/life balance doesn't exist, constant fire-drills, no warnings prior to letting people go, and EXTREMELY high turn-over rates for their employees: ie; they don't truly care about their staff or the family's of those they hire.
