The SDR team I was part of was dedicated, supportive, and worked cohesively. CEO is inspiring and supportive.

The onboarding process was disorganized, and the HR department seemed to have cliques.

We’re sorry to hear that your onboarding experience wasn’t smoother. The transition from candidate to employee is an area that we’re continuing to tweak to better support our incoming employees, including working with hiring teams to tailor employee’s onboarding experience to align with their individual role. Given our teams are dispersed, we’re working hard at breaking down silos and evolving all of our teams, not just HR, to work well together and be welcoming and helpful.
