Pros

The people in engineering are great. good work life balance (on my team*) Decent Benefits Good Agile processes (on my team*)

Cons

Salaries are laughably low for the market. 5 people have left engineering in the past month. Multiple product people have left as well. Engineering is looked at as a cost center. Won't pay for IntelliJ licenses for a full Java stack. Dev Ops and Cloud are severely understaffed, seems like the company would prefer to rely on contractors from Poland rather than grow a healthy dev team in the US (the devs in Poland are very solid, but the 8 hour difference in timezone makes it very hard to pair up).

Thank you for your feedback. We have been made aware of some challenges in the Technology Organization recently, which we’re actively working to address. While this will take some time, we believe that we have made some material progress in the recent month through the realignment of our teams, supply of licenses for tools, and review of roles and responsibilities to ensure individuals are rewarded appropriately. Additionally, we have added to our People Team to provide dedicated support to the Technology function plus we are also rolling out various learning and development initiatives across the Organization which will help provide a rewarding career experience for all staff at Prove. We appreciate your feedback and if you have any additional comments or would like to speak to someone about your experiences please feel free to contact feedbackeb@prove.com —The People Partner Team

Pros

Competitive pay and they invest a lot in their marketing

Cons

very toxic work culture (hidden within buzz words and attempts to cover it up) , work/life balance doesn't exist, constant fire-drills, no warnings prior to letting people go, and EXTREMELY high turn-over rates for their employees: ie; they don't truly care about their staff or the family's of those they hire.
