Thank you for your feedback. We have been made aware of some challenges in the Technology Organization recently, which we’re actively working to address. While this will take some time, we believe that we have made some material progress in the recent month through the realignment of our teams, supply of licenses for tools, and review of roles and responsibilities to ensure individuals are rewarded appropriately.
