Pros

Collaborative teams with what was a good company culture.

Cons

CRO doesn’t understand the type of sales the sales team is involved in. We are in strategic sales playing the role of a consultant but he believes we sell widgets. He doesn’t have appreciation for talent and has driven out most tenured sales folks to bring on cheaper employees from his past company. It’s worth noting the past company is not a good performer in the market.

Pros

Competitive pay and they invest a lot in their marketing

Cons

very toxic work culture (hidden within buzz words and attempts to cover it up) , work/life balance doesn't exist, constant fire-drills, no warnings prior to letting people go, and EXTREMELY high turn-over rates for their employees: ie; they don't truly care about their staff or the family's of those they hire.
