Pros
Family owned company. Support from main office from engineering department etc to solve problems at your local branch. Use teamwork to set up jobs and help with all work. good health care benefits. profit sharing.
Cons
Business model is customer driven and customers don't know or care if you have worked 10 hours and you are asked to work another 8 hours to solve their problem. This is usually done by someone "on call" but is expected of everyone if the company is busy (willing or not). You will get exercise (usually more than you need unless you are very young!)
