Sales Rep - Anonymous employee Rain For Rent Employee Review

Lack of upward mobility for high performing sales members. Lack of clear direction at a high level. Lot's of sales turnover. Something just isn't right, can't exactly put a finger on it. A few business dealing's where regional leadership had an opportunity to do things "right", and were self-dealing and not in my best interest. I've seen the same thing with other reps. Not sure there is a future for me, want to stay, but not getting the warm fuzzies...
