Cons
-No work/life balance. They preach about how important it is but do VERY little to ensure it is actually balanced and then pretty much put the blame on you if it isn't balanced. -Underpaid and overworked staff. It isn't "being a leader" or a "true team player" to go working extra hours and not getting compensated in it. Being praised on their social media page DOES NOT equate to being reimbursed for your time and skill-set. -They do not live up to the "culture" they preach about. "No Show Dogs" is a bust given you HAVE to be a show dog to get the slightest bit of recognition. The environment is very similar to high school cliques. -The whole "open door policy" isn't real. You can talk to someone and it is guaranteed that nothing will come out of it except for maybe being guilted into thinking you're not a team player. -The micromanaging is ATROCIOUS. Every single thing you do will be combed through with a fine-tooth pick. BUT you will get harassed if you haven't completed an absurd amount of work. You can't have both quantity and quality, it literally isn't possible.
