      I had an overall great experience working at ReliaQuest. It was a fantastic place to learn, grow, and collaborate with highly talented people who significantly contributed to my professional development. The opportunities I received helped me grow not only technically but also financially throughout my tenure. One of the highlights of my experience was working under Bhargav and Manoj. Their leadership, guidance, and trust created a positive work environment where team members were encouraged to take ownership, learn new technologies, and solve challenging problems. I had the opportunity to work on multiple impactful projects across different domains, which helped me strengthen my skills in Java, AI, system design, and building scalable solutions. The exposure to modern technologies and real-world challenges accelerated my learning and prepared me for the next stage of my career. Overall, I would recommend ReliaQuest to anyone looking for a workplace that offers challenging technical work, excellent mentorship, career growth, and a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      None as such. However, the mandatory five-day work-from-office policy may be a drawback for those who prefer hybrid or remote work flexibility.

      Same disasters keep repeating because accountability is completely nonexistent!

      Pros

      The infrastructure was decent enough. Time off requests were processed without hassle.

      Cons

      • Mistakes that surfaced every cycle were never truly fixed, only briefly acknowledged before being ignored and forgotten • The same issues kept returning in different forms because root causes were consistently neglected • When problems arose, blame was passed around instead of anyone seriously investigating why systems collapsed • Leadership allowed failures to repeat endlessly instead of making meaningful changes to stop them • Failures were documented but never examined or prevented, causing the same mess to play out again and again

      Used to be really good

      Pros

      Fast paced, you feel like you’re making a difference with what you make, free lunch on Fridays

      Cons

      Upper management are all sales and nobody has technical experience. They try to run this like a sales company. So I went from hybrid schedule to fully in office, mandatory button up shirt dress code, with management checking your badge in and out times to make sure you’re working 8 hours a day. People have been fired or pushed out because they worked 7-3 to go pick up their kids. Utter insanity, the upper management are strangling the engineering department and replacing senior engineers with fresh college grads plus Claude.
