A place where clarity vanishes and frustration takes over

Pros

The tools at least met basic standards, which was almost laughable compared to the constant stream of direction that never matched what was actually happening.

Cons

- Those in charge calmly pushed blame aside instead of owning the confusion they created - Instructions shifted without warning - Expectations arrived with no real context - Revisions were treated as unavoidable outcomes instead of the result of careless planning. - Mismanagement was delivered with polished words that did nothing to hide how steady and cold the dysfunction really was
