ScriptiLabs is a company that has great employees who enjoy what they do and are valued as part of the family. AS Scripti has grown from 2 people total in 2011 to now over 20 employees, Scripti has added value, increased wages and benefits with a 5 day a week and 7 1/2 hour work day. With over 1000 customers and growing there's no place like Scripti that tries to bring fun, family and professionalism in our work place environment.

Cons

As a growing company there are always growing pains but this is nothing that can't be overcome! When you have groups of people that begin to hang out and some gossip that tends to make for discomfort but as Scripti grows and we all learn this is not something that can't be overcome with GREAT Employees!

Great title, thank you! We are doing our best to continue to rise to the top! Adding supervisors to each department was certainly a valuable contribution to the positive growth and team improvement. We do our best to stay positive and defuse any negativity or gossip that an employee tries to stir up. Sometimes an employee will surprise us and show a side that didn’t exist upon hiring or even after being employed for a few months with Scriptilabs but unfortunately this is nearly impossible to predict. The great news is, as we have seen time and time again and as you mention, the team moves on past these employee hiccups with a large force of great employees.

Scriptilabs is a small company with the perfect opportunity for an entry level developer looking for experience. Straight out of school or even little experience is ok. If the the owner of the company sees potential he's willing to take a chance on you. It is then up to you what you do with the opportunity given. Scriptilabs is a true team environment with a flexible work schedule.

Cons

Really the main con would be the insurance benefits. Of course there is no fluff when you are hired. You know there are not benefits although it is something the company continues to work on. Sometimes the projects can be a little demanding with such a small team but if you are up for the challenge then it's just one more opportunity for growth within the company.

I've been at ScriptiLabs for some time now and came in feeling like I was part of the team way before I even started. It was nothing short of an awesome first few days. The team helped me on board very quickly and made sure to be there if I had any questions. The team here is very knowledgeable and very approachable whenever something is needed. Collaboration and communication are a big part here and it is great knowing that everyone who needs to know is aware of where you are on what you are doing (not in a micromanaging type of way either.) Office culture is growing and it makes coming to work great!

Cons

I haven't had anything come up here that I would see as a Con. One thing I will say is that ScriptiLabs is not a place you want to up play your skills as you will be pushed to your skill set that you portray. In no way is this bad but it is something to be aware of.

It is a fast paced environment and sometimes a little hectic especially now that we have the strongest sales team since the start of Scriptilabs. Ownership and management are huge on communication and thank you for recognizing that! Some portray the communication and being held accountable as micromanagement. This is simply an employee’s easy way out by not taking ownership of how they can improve at their position. Offering benefits at the start of 2015 was very exciting for Scriptilabs. We look forward to continued growth & continued improvement as a company and team in 2016.
