Working at ScriptiLabs opens up so much room for knowledge of web designing along with all the ins and outs. I never realized how much work, time, effort and knowledge went into the design process as well as the management of the time frame to complete such tasks. Knowledge is definitely a key. The best part about this company is that if you don't have all the knowledge you need they are more than willing to train you. This is definitely a fast paced environment so time management is of the up-most importance. The company owners have always been willing and able to assist me with any questions, concerns or ideas for improvement I've had and have done it with an open door policy. Hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. In an effort to keep a busy, hardworking yet fun and inviting environment, the owners encourage us to engage in a social, if you will, on Friday's at the end of the business day. This allows for us co-workers to get to know one another better as well as to get to know our employers better. I have thoroughly enjoyed my days of employment here and look forward to many more.
Cons
In the beginning of my employment the only challenges I faced was keeping up with the work load, but that is to be expected with any new job. The longer you work here the better you become at time management.
