Very infrequent promotions across all departments; raises are incremental at best Favoritism and politics abound Forced time off during the holidays; must burn your vacation days or take them unpaid Over-reliance on specific customers to make financial goals; when they underperform, the company suffers (and frequently goes through a round of layoffs) Very slow to update machines/software, especially for a tech company Mediocre benefits package
