Pros
Competitive pay with respectable benefits. Great people - Everyone seems to get along, managers seem to take the time to talk to employees and hear their concerns. Amazing work life balance- There will be the odd time when project has to go out where you might put in extra hours but that's expected at pretty much any company. Excellent mentorship for Juniors/less experienced there are a lot of very experienced people who are not shy to share their wisdom.
Cons
The office building is old compared to other tech companies in the area. Technologies that you work on are not really cutting edge (process, EDA tool versions.)
