Pros

a lot of challenging work and small office environment. Because of the challenging work you are "encouraged" to learn as fast as you can.

Cons

Little to no support from your peers. If you are a new junior engineer, they kind of consider you as a moron. It would be alright if they at least try to teach you about new things or guide you to a right direction, but there is absolutely no support at all.

Pros

Work from home period was great but I know that’s not how they operate anymore. My organization structure in corporate marketing was insulated from a lot of the departmental drama and turnover.

Cons

A lot of departmental turnover made following and adopting processes hard Not very competitive for pay Hard to move up the job ladder, easier to leave.
