variety of roles and considerable autonomy. lots of avenues to grow. communication between different teams is high. good people in team overall

Cons

Salary is lower than market Ambiguous RSU and Royalty programs. Limited exposure to upper management considering it is a small/mid sized company.

Pros

Work from home period was great but I know that’s not how they operate anymore. My organization structure in corporate marketing was insulated from a lot of the departmental drama and turnover.

Cons

A lot of departmental turnover made following and adopting processes hard Not very competitive for pay Hard to move up the job ladder, easier to leave.
