Pros
Sentinel is an organization with a management group that interacts with their staff on multiple levels. Because of this, it's a company where employees who excel at their job have the ability to progress in their careers and move up "the ladder".
Additionally, the leadership group has an eye for talent, and is accepting of individuals who wish to pursue alternate fields or practices, so long as they pertain to the companies actual services.
It's been a fast-paced and great environment to learn, teach and excel as an engineer, and I know individuals in different positions feel the same as well.
Sentinel is a great company for workers of all fields, and the hard-workers are recognized and rewarded appropriately.

Some of the internal systems used by various positions could do with a little updating. But it's not exactly a deal breaker.
