Pros
Great Leadership. Compensation that reflects the work you put in. Positive Work Atmosphere. I have been at Sentinel for less than a year but it has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I was in sales for 7 years before this and dealt with the struggles of a company going through changes. The first immediate breath of fresh air was on my first day where every single technology asset was set up for me and brand new ( different from my other experiences). The little things mean a lot seeing a company care about the technology they put in the hands of their employees was refreshing. Starting a new job during COVID also was a bit terrifying but Sentinel did an amazing job at making sure I was getting acclimated not only to the processes as well as taking extra special steps to ensure even though working remote that I was getting the help and education I needed to succeed. You definitely have to put in the work to succeed here but that should be a no brainer with any sales role. The best part is that the compensation matches the work and effort that you put in. With the guidance of an amazing manager, the support of a wonderful team, and the tools that Sentinel has put in my hands.... I have never been more excited for my future.
Cons
None that come to mind.
