      Pros

      Decent pay good intentions to help out the VA and Military hospitals. Good staff

      Cons

      Cult like with the owner, everyone sucks up and worries about not "upsetting " him. Owner pretends to care but really has no sincere feelings for employees. Very very narcissistic. Odd work atmosphere, little help. Learn it on your own little help from supervisors or managers. Not open to good input. Just a place to work not enjoy.

      Department teams are tight knit and close to each other Communication with other departments are encouraged Many opportunities for the community to get together

      Benefits package is okay, though is getting better.
