A variety of businesses within that allow any employee to gain necessary exposure to enhance knowledge and skills, becoming an even more valuable asset.

Cons

Reorganization has caused cuts to be made, some necessary and some unnecessary; and projects have been implemented prior to completion, creating chaos and disorganization throughout.

Pros

HQ building is pretty cool and you can get some neat tours of company facilities. Work life balance is generally pretty good.

Cons

The company just has no idea what its doing regarding IT. Most management has been there 25+ years and still wants to operate like its the 90s. Head of IT is an accountant and the department is treated like a necessary evil and employees are told they provide no tangible value. Making any kind of impact is actively discourage and 'stay in your lane' is a core tenet. If you want to just show up, grind, and go home, this is the place for you.
