Management is horrible. There is no team work. No real training.

management is horrible start of with a great concept of leadership training but once in the position the upper management must not of taken their course they are horrible and blame everyone but themselves for their safety issues and over spent budget went thew 5 electrical supervisors in a year whats wrong corperate simplot are you blind look at your managers there its not the people you hire its the management that can not get behind your values

No to little training, political and hostile work environment. It was fine up to a point.

Training not as great as I thought it would have been.

It can take a long time to get anything done since you must have 4+ meetings

More work for more competency, the better you are at your job the more you are expected to do, NOT ALL people at the same level are held to the same standards, do as I say not as I do Senior Leadership Team
