Pros
People around you are smart and helpful. You can learn a lot from them. Relationships inside the teams are very solid. Office is very nice, but see the one of the cons.
Cons
Compensation is pretty low, and benefits are low too. They don't allow remote work, you have to come to the office every day, even thought the nature of your work allows to work from home.
