Pros
Great company to work at, good benefits etc. Working to further a global brand which people value (even if mainly for the freemium product) is satisfying. Genuine attempts continuously made to improve the way the company works, which have had some impact.
Cons
Since 2009, company's owners gave up on the goal of releasing new innovative products to focus on financials. Plenty of scope for work, but not as interesting as many other companies in the space today.
