Before Microsoft, it was a great place: innovative, dynamic, full of hard-working individuals that loved what they worked on and felt they could make a difference.
Cons
Microsoft is a highly political organisation: you are judged on what you say rather than what you do. This has led to many great employees leaving as they are not politicians.
