Pros
Skype has excellent brand recognition. It is a product and company that brings families together and levels the playing field for small businesses. It is great to be part of that. Plus, there are some really sharp people in the company.
Cons
The company is still trying to figure out how to make larger gross margins which leads to a lot of re-organizing and changing of direction. Also the world is moving to applications delivered through the cloud. Skype may need to figure out how to participate in that trend as well.
