Pros
Good work. Opportunity to work in latest technology (if you are lucky to be in right group) Will be given responsibility if one proves that they are capable of taking it. (Some fight needed though). Flexible office timings
Cons
No working from home. (But should work from home when the employer wants.) No caring for the employee. Employees are taken for granted. No food. No fun events. Not paid on par compared to the peer companies doing similar work Work is demanding and becomes very hectic at times.
