Pros

pay was decent, it was permanent, you could miss days as long as it wasn’t a Saturday, easy to request time off.

Cons

Working on weekends, heavy micromanagement, the job was too technical for the pay, bonuses were very low, the client didn’t offer workers any discounts. Working on Saturday and Sunday was horrible. The shifts were 10 hours long on the weekend. Honestly would’ve kept the job longer if it wasn’t for the micromanaging. My manager would meet with me multiple times out the week to play back calls(good or bad) it was so cringy. The manager I had before didn’t do all of that. So yeah I left. It wasn’t horrible it depends on how much you can tolerate. It was starting to give me anxiety, the call volume was very low initially but it started to pick up.

Pros

I have a job and have met some amazing people in my role.

Cons

I've been here for almost a year and I was hired on with a medical field company which is what I applied for, I was not made aware that at anytime my position could be changed and I could be randomly put with another company. As of today I am with my 3 "campaign" not anything close to what I was hired on for. My training experience here has been the absolute worst every campaign has a thrown to the wolves mentality and you'll either sink or swim and we will fire you when you fail ethic. The pay sucks it is not competitive or an incentive to want to stay. There are no raises or bonuses. PTO is denied constantly even when put in far enough in advance. Each new campaign that I have been forced into has also come with at least 5 weeks of training time that days off were banned for so in the 11 months I've been here I've been required to work 15 weeks plus ongoing black out PTO days as well. People ask me if where I work is hiring and I tell them they don't want to work here. Also moving into better positions is impossible.
