Pros

Schedule Remote No matter the weather outside you are still able to log in for your shift.

Cons

I was promoted to supervisor (Team Lead) in 2024 and in 2025 the position was taken away. Basically, I was demoted. Not because of my metrics or my team's metrics, but because the project we are under (General Motors) was no longer needing as many Team Lead. So basically, I was the last promoted and was the first demoted. This meant that I took a reduction in pay and bonuses. Also, either I accept the demotion or quit. I don't see this as a decision that was made by the General Motors. This is an issue with TP. The department I'm in for this project seems to be headed to being obsolete. I am currently now "Floor Support". Its a job. Just do what you need to do to obtain a check. And leave it at that. Because anything extra does not matter.

Pros

I have a job and have met some amazing people in my role.

Cons

I've been here for almost a year and I was hired on with a medical field company which is what I applied for, I was not made aware that at anytime my position could be changed and I could be randomly put with another company. As of today I am with my 3 "campaign" not anything close to what I was hired on for. My training experience here has been the absolute worst every campaign has a thrown to the wolves mentality and you'll either sink or swim and we will fire you when you fail ethic. The pay sucks it is not competitive or an incentive to want to stay. There are no raises or bonuses. PTO is denied constantly even when put in far enough in advance. Each new campaign that I have been forced into has also come with at least 5 weeks of training time that days off were banned for so in the 11 months I've been here I've been required to work 15 weeks plus ongoing black out PTO days as well. People ask me if where I work is hiring and I tell them they don't want to work here. Also moving into better positions is impossible.
