None that stand out anymore. The positive culture that previously existed has largely disappeared over the years.

Unrealistic and constantly increasing KPI expectations. Delayed or missed KPI and OT payments. Promotions appear to be based on favoritism rather than merit. Leave approvals are becoming increasingly difficult. Employees are pressured about shrinkage and medical leave instead of management addressing staffing issues. Frequent retrenchments and low compensation for long-serving employees. Poor communication and lack of transparency from upper management. Employees are expected to spend their own money on engagement activities tied to performance metrics.
