Pros

Fun people from all around the world Good training Flexible hours

Cons

High volume of calls Uncomfortable working conditions - super noisy, and while you're talking to a customer other people don't care much, they can laugh, chat and do their stuff, not so much respect. Also, sometimes it's hard to find an available workstation High level of stress compared to a very low wage

Pros

I have a job and have met some amazing people in my role.

Cons

I've been here for almost a year and I was hired on with a medical field company which is what I applied for, I was not made aware that at anytime my position could be changed and I could be randomly put with another company. As of today I am with my 3 "campaign" not anything close to what I was hired on for. My training experience here has been the absolute worst every campaign has a thrown to the wolves mentality and you'll either sink or swim and we will fire you when you fail ethic. The pay sucks it is not competitive or an incentive to want to stay. There are no raises or bonuses. PTO is denied constantly even when put in far enough in advance. Each new campaign that I have been forced into has also come with at least 5 weeks of training time that days off were banned for so in the 11 months I've been here I've been required to work 15 weeks plus ongoing black out PTO days as well. People ask me if where I work is hiring and I tell them they don't want to work here. Also moving into better positions is impossible.
