It was mostly and enjoyable experience. I'm not going to hide this fact. The training was very enough, and although the work was very demanding it's how a CC can be anyway. I had a bad experience with a Polish guy who became drunk in my house and caused disaster. I just accepted him to my house because he really needed some place to stay as he said and he was looking very decent. It happened the day he got fired from job. They fired a guy whom they didn't selected carefully. TP doesn't care about moral background of employees they bring from various parts of Europe and world! This guy, who stayed in my house saying he just needed a place to stay since he was changing apartment, caused disaster in the apartment vomiting everywhere and being extremely loud. TP administration hasn't even responded me back related to this incident although I informed them later on. They fired him soon after he started work, because he hasn't showed up for work and he had a horrible character. Had they selected him a little bit carefully, this thing shouldn't have happened. Nonetheless, there are also very good people from other countries and it's mostly an interesting experience to live in Athens. (Avoid TP they are looking for cheap workers to make quick profit for their seniors and CEO. Try to take any other jobs you can take)
Cons
DO NOT EVER RISK YOURSELF by applying to Teleperformance. They hire staff very quickly, without attention and then you will experience very bad memories like the one I had with that Polish guy. At least I would say there is high possibility. Be careful against drunk people and those who are into drugs and sex a lot!!!!!!!!
