Pros

One of the main advantages of working at Teleperformance was the punctuality of payments—salaries were always processed on time, which gave a sense of security and professionalism. The job itself, especially in the beginning, was intellectually stimulating and offered opportunities to develop new skills in digital sales and communication. Additionally, the company provides a wide range of benefits, such as performance incentives, training programs, and employee support initiatives, which contribute to a positive working environment.

Cons

However, being part of a large multinational company also comes with certain drawbacks. The high employee turnover, which is common in fast-paced outsourcing environments, often impacts the quality and consistency of the work. Teams can change frequently, making it harder to build long-term collaboration and stability. This dynamic can sometimes affect morale and make it challenging to maintain a cohesive workflow over time. Personally, I consistently ranked as a top performer, so I was able to earn substantial bonuses and was less affected by this system. However, I found it quite unfair that colleagues working the same number of hours as I did could end up earning only a third of my salary simply because they couldn't hit the same targets. A more balanced base salary structure would have made a big difference.

Pros

Global company with contracts with many different high-profile companies. They definitely don't want to let go of people. Will try everything they can to try to get you on a position that will keep your pay if you switch contracts. I started working in an office and transitioned to a work from home position. They handled that transition for me very well, but I do feel lucky as many other employees had different experiences than me. Very inclusive team!

Cons

Fast pace environment that does not necessarily feel organized all the time. Even though I thrive in fast pace work, some contracts are managed better than others. Feels more like a temp agency than a proper workplace with so many contracts. If the company we are contracted with does not want our employees anymore, they can cut people at any time. This will trigger TP to transfer you to a new project/contract. Working in the office was quite the drama at the time. If you work in an office, best to focus on yourself and keep your head down to avoid drama.
